Appendix:
There are fees associated with any diagnostic procedure performed by state agencies or by private consultants. Typically, state agencies are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some private consultants may have after-hours services at an additional cost. All laboratories must be notified prior to sample submission.
